Youth Sports
From first-time players to young athletes building their skills, our youth sports programs give kids ages 3-13 and all skill levels the chance to build confidence, make friends, stay active, and have fun.
Find the Right Fit
Whether your child is picking up a sport for the first time or ready to take their skills to the next level, there's a place for them at the Y.
More Than Just a Game
At the Y, youth sports are about more than scores and competition. Kids build skills they'll carry with them on and off the court, including:
- Confidence - Try something new, make mistakes, and keep going.
- Teamwork - Learn how to communicate, cooperate, and encourage others.
- Sportsmanship - Learn how to compete with respect and support teammates.
- Healthy Habits - Build a foundation of movement and physical activity that can last a lifetime.
- Friendships - Meet new people and have fun as part of a team.
