EARLY EDUCATION CENTER

AGE 6 WEEKS - 6 YEARS

The Stevens Point Area YMCA Early Education Center provides a safe, nurturing environment where your child will learn, grow, and thrive. Our program is designed to encourage children to develop a love of learning. We offer high-quality care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Through the use of guided self-discovery and experiential learning, teachers focus on providing children with enriching experiences to facilitate social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth and development at the most critical time of a child's development, which is from 0 to 5 years old.

The hours of operation are 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday.

Preschool (2.5 - 4 years old)

The YMCA takes its role of providing a comprehensive developmental preschool program seriously. We strongly believe that preschool should be family-centered to the greatest extent possible. Each class level provides social and educational experiences for children to gain confidence in the world around them and enhance their self-esteem.

*Must be potty trained.*
